My aim is to support you, and work with you at your own pace to bring you to a place of healing and growth.
I am an empathetic and non-judgemental counsellor and psychotherapist. I work in an integrative way which means I use a variety of different theories, tools and techniques depending on you, your needs and what you want to gain from your sessions. This is underpinned by a person-centred approach. Some approaches that I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, humanistic therapy and exposure therapy.
I can offer both short and long term therapy. You may feel that you need only a few sessions to process and deal with your particular need or issue. Alternatively, you may feel that you need open ended sessions without a fixed ending.
I have an up to date DBS and am fully insured. I am also a member of the BACP.
